Introduction
My core beliefs with fitness and nutrition and any other goal in my life- progress over perfection.
If you can focus on showing up every day and evolving just a little more each day through discipline and consistency, you will achieve your goals. I didn’t always have this mentality. I have always been active my whole life, from gymnastics to cheer, dance, and volleyball. I never really had to pay attention to what I was eating because I was always on the move. That all slowed down post high school, like it does for most. Up until having my first baby I was the typical girl looking for the next quick way to lose a few pounds- paleo, keto, low carb, but I really wanted to find something better, something sustainable and long-lasting.
This is when I found macros. Macro counting changed my life forever. My friends and family could see a difference in me physically and emotionally. I never felt like I was restricted or had to tell others that I was “on a diet.” I could still partake in the birthday cake or the night out with friends and still achieve my goals. Through personal experience and further education, I have now been able to help hundreds of others find long-lasting sustainability with food and fitness.
After having my second little one, I wanted to find something that would challenge me in all aspects of my life. I have always admired bodybuilding, so I decided to go for it. In August 2019, I committed to prepping for my first NPC bikini bodybuilding show. This challenged me mentally and physically in the best way and allowed me to expand my knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I gave it my all and won second place in open at The Phil Heath in 2021 and qualified for nationals. I then competed at Minneapolis State Championship 2021 and won 1st place in open. I’m going for my pro card in December 2022 #letsdothis.
My passion is helping others find balance with nutrition and fitness. All the planning in the world won’t get you anywhere if there is no action with it. Let’s take action together and create a sustainable lifestyle!
